• Champion Talent: Showcase and support the incredible musicians, producers, and creatives who call Leicester home, helping them to grow and gain wider recognition.
• Develop Infrastructure: Work to enhance and expand the resources available to the music community, including venues, rehearsal spaces, recording facilities, and educational pathways.
• Foster Collaboration: Act as a bridge between artists, venues, promoters, educators, and local authorities, encouraging partnerships and shared initiatives that benefit everyone.
• Advocate for Music: Represent the interests of Leicester’s music sector at a local, regional, and national level, ensuring its value is recognised and its needs are met.
